We sell digital audio files only, so we do not request or collect physical mailing addresses.

• To respond to licence questions and support requests
• To meet our obligations under Australian tax law (ATO)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Payment processing

5. Sharing

We share data only with Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and the email service that delivers your download links. No marketing partners.

6. Retention

Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy Australian Taxation Office requirements. Contact form enquiries are deleted after twelve months.
