Refund Policy

Our promise

We stand behind every pack. If a pack is not what you expected, or simply does not fit your project, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No explanation required.

How to request a refund

Email info@slatebrooks.com with:

  • The email address you bought with
  • One line saying you would like a refund

We process refunds within two business days. The funds typically land back in your account within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your download

When a refund is issued, the download link is invalidated and your licence is revoked. You agree to delete any copies of the audio files you have downloaded.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeat-buy-and-refund of the same pack, or where the files have been uploaded elsewhere.

Australian Consumer Law

Our 30-day no-questions policy exceeds the minimums under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Nothing here limits your statutory rights. Unresolved concerns can be escalated to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (accc.gov.au).

Chargebacks

If you suspect an unauthorised charge, please email us before initiating a chargeback. We almost always resolve issues faster than a card dispute would.
