Slatebrooks is a small audio sample label operating from Brunswick, Melbourne, Australia. We produce and sell downloadable sample packs of drums, dub stems, keys and atmospheric beds.
Every purchase grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the audio files in your own musical productions. This covers:
No sample-credit footnote is required, although we always appreciate a mention.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and charged at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe with 3D Secure enforced. We do not store card details.
You receive an immediate email with a secure download link after a successful payment. Files are 24-bit / 48 kHz WAV, packaged as ZIP archives. See our Delivery Policy for detail.

The audio files, this website, the brand name, the logos and the visual identity are owned by Slatebrooks. Buying a pack gives you a usage licence (see clause 3), not ownership.
Our liability for any single order is capped at the total amount paid for that order. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
